Mindy is a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio. She is also a Certified Public Accountant "inactive" (CPA) and was a former senior tax consultant at Ernst & Young in Cleveland.

The Defendant failed to yield from a private drive and hit the Plaintiff. Plaintiff suffered a shattered right femur bone, head injury, partial hearing loss and a possible knee replacement.

$175,000 – Personal injury results in herniated disc injury (March 2010)

Kitchen cupboard fell on Plaintiff resulting in a concussion, contusions to right shoulder and forearm and a herniated disc injury.

$100,000 – Motor vehicle accident results in multiple injuries (April 2009)

The Defendant lost control of his vehicle and rear-ended the Plaintiff who was a passenger in a vehicle. Plaintiff sustained damage to both shoulders, and injuries to the neck, head and arms.
